What is Into the Wildlife?
Into the Wildlife is an online community dedicated to documenting how wildlife has contributed to our lives.  By recording the stories of people who have lived with, worked with and been inspired by wild animals, Into the Wildlife is a compelling participatory resource illustrating what is at stake in the global extinction crisis. Whatever language and culture we call our own, wildlife species serve as our most vital and compelling symbols. Into the Wildlife is a place a to share wildlife symbols from your own culture and to learn about the cultures of others.  Whether you are a student or a conservation biologist, a person who lives in a mega-city or next to a protected area, Into the Wildlife wants to share and preserve your story, as a memorial to wildlife past and a hope for its future survival!
